Wonderful Kimchee Is Back!
December 8, 2025
Our small-batch kimchee is back on the shelf—here’s what makes it special, why we only made 10 containers, and how to grab yours before it’s gone.
Our house kimchee is back! We just finished a fresh batch and only 10 containers are available this round. Once they’re gone, the next batch has to ferment all over again—so if kimchee is your thing, now is the time.
We make our kimchee in small batches so we can taste and adjust as it ferments. The goal is that perfect balance of crunch, gentle heat, tang, and a little garlic warmth in every bite. It’s bright enough to wake up a meal, but smooth enough that you can snack on it straight from the container.
Why kimchee is more than just a side dish
Kimchee has been loved for centuries for a reason. The natural fermentation process:
- Builds deep flavor you can’t rush or fake.
- Creates that satisfying tang that makes rich or fried foods taste lighter.
- Pairs with almost anything—rice, noodles, grilled meats, eggs, sandwiches, or even on top of fries.
Around here, a spoonful of kimchee on the side can completely change your plate. It cuts through richness, adds a pop of color, and gives every bite a little attitude.
Ways to enjoy our kimchee
- As a bright, tangy side with your favorite combo meal.
- Chopped over rice or noodles for an instant flavor upgrade.
- On top of fries or loaded tots for a spicy, crunchy twist.
- Right out of the container when you need a bold, crunchy snack.
How to get one of the 10 containers
This is both a restock announcement and a small-batch alert—we only have 10 containers available right now:
- DoorDash: Add our house kimchee to your next delivery order (while it’s listed).
- Online ordering / Square: Look for our kimchee in the sides or add-ons section.
- Call us: Give us a quick call and ask to reserve a container with your order.
- In person: Stop by the restaurant and pick one up at the counter before they’re gone.
Once this batch sells out, the next one has to take its time in the kitchen again—fermentation doesn’t like to be rushed. If you’ve been waiting for our kimchee to come back, this is your sign to grab a container now.
